
Operations and maintenance skills and knowledge are weaker now that in the recent history of U.S. manufacturing. As senior employees retire, their replacements will rarely have the skills and knowledge required to replace them. Employers must have an aggressive, efficient, and effective way to train and qualify their workforce. This workshop will show how to focus formal training and qualification on results.
Participants will learn how to quickly develop and implement formal job task lists for task-specific training with an emphasis on formal OJT and performance qualification – fulfilling the "Training Pillar" of TPM and the need for "standardized work."
