The Lean Equipment Management Experience

We are pleased to offer unique, unforgettable team building and Lean Equipment Management experiences in Race City USA (Mooresville, NC, just 20 minutes from Charlotte) for your executive teams, steering teams, TPM teams, and plant-floor focused improvement teams.*

This lecture, demonstration, and hands-on program allows the excitement of motor sports racing to capture the attention and understanding of today's executives, managers, employees, and work teams. See the "Lean" concepts of teamwork, efficiency, quality management, and equipment maintenance at work in the business and industrial workplace, and in NASCAR race teams' business.

This one of a kind program draws parallels between success in racing and success in industry. The "Think Inside the Box" Pit Crew experience correlates the concepts of team development and performance standards of the motor sports racing, specifically that of the over-the-wall pit crew, with that of corporate and industrial associates as they pursue Lean Manufacturing and the requirement for fast, focused, and sustainable improvements.

To provide an on-target program, PIT and SWS encourage client site visit observations and conversation with designated client company representatives.
